Pursuant to Section 5.01 of the Bylaws, the Caucus President, Joe Oriti, has created an Ad hoc Bylaws Committee that will be comprised of independent community members. Melanie Rummel and Kent Novit will serve as the Co-Chairs and will recommend appointments to this Committee. This Ad hoc Committee will be comprised of 8-10 volunteer community members.
In addition, a Focus Group will be created that will meet throughout the process as necessary to provide input to the Ad hoc Committee which will also be comprised of volunteer community members.
