Born in the State of Guanajuato, Mexico, Armando Guzman grew up in Little Village on the West side of Chicago and attended Westminster College on a Soccer Scholarship. He earned a dual degree B.A. in International Studies and B.A.in Spanish.
Armando and his wife, Maggie along with daughters, Isabella and Hailey absolutely love traveling the world, a passion ignited by Armando’s Junior year at Saint Louis University-Madrid, Spain.
Armando has been a Risk Advisor for 26 years as an Agent for State Farm Insurance. When not in the office, you can usually find Armando literally tearing up the Deerpath Golf Course. As a four-year resident of Lake Forest, Armando looks forward to learning from current caucus members on ways to make our wonderful community even better.
